I reserve a portion of my counseling practice to work with youth and young adults struggling with identity (queer, trans, non-binary), problematic drug and alcohol use, and/or issues around disconnection and belonging. I welcome caregivers and those who support youth as well as community and front-line workers seeking solidarity and support.
Families
I bring two decades of experience working in the field of youth addiction with a diverse population of youth and families. As the executive director of a drug and alcohol treatment centre, I will be able to help you and your family navigate complex systems of care and provide you with the support you and your family deserve.
Organizations
One of my goals is to help support you and your team to bring policy to practice. Particularly around teams struggling to find cohesion, and advance their practices on diversity and inclusion, especially for organizations striving to centre the voices and experiences of marginalized people. I am also a skilled facilitator and presenter and have worked for several non profit and for profit businesses.
